Taking On New Builds

Your Customers Tried
To Book. Something
Got In The Way.

Every call that hits voicemail, every enquiry answered too late, every website with no way to book and every checkout loaded with fees is revenue you already earned and then lost. We build the booking, ticketing, invoicing and customer systems that stop the leak, and the websites that send people to them.

// The Leak

Nobody Notices Revenue
That Never Arrives.

A lost sale does not show up on any report. There is no line item for the customer who called at seven in the evening, got voicemail, and booked with somebody else before morning. That is what makes this the most expensive problem in most small businesses and the least talked about.

AFTER 6

Calls You Are Not There To Take

Enquiries do not stop when the office does. Voicemail is where those customers quietly stop being yours, and most of them never call a second time.

FIRST

The Only Reply That Wins

People contact several businesses at once. Whoever answers first usually takes the job, and it is rarely the one who calls back tomorrow.

NO

Way To Book On Your Site

If the only path to booking is a phone number, you are asking a customer to do work. Plenty of them will not.

$10 → $13

What Fees Do To Your Price

Service, processing and delivery fees stack on top of what you charge. We watched a ten dollar ticket climb toward thirteen, at the exact moment somebody had their card out. They blame you, not the platform.

Custom Software Just Got Cheap.
Your Software Bill Did Not.

The Old Math

Ten years ago a system like this meant a six figure budget, a year of development and a real chance of ending up with nothing. Subscriptions were the right call. Almost everyone made it.

What Changed

AI collapsed the cost of building software. Work that took a team of engineers months now takes a small team weeks. Building got dramatically cheaper. Renting did not.

Why It Matters To You

That gap is the whole reason this company exists, and the reason a decision you made five years ago is worth looking at again with fresh numbers.

// What We Build

The Systems That Take
The Money In.

Every build is custom and most clients start with one piece rather than all of it. We connect to what already works and replace what does not.

Online Booking

Take bookings at eleven at night without anybody answering a phone. Your availability, your rules, your pricing.

Ticketing and Events

Sell tickets without a platform taxing your customers or holding your guest list hostage.

CRM and Customer Records

One record per customer with full history, so anybody on your team can pick up any conversation.

Invoicing and Payments

Quotes out fast, invoices that chase themselves, and payment collected without a follow up call.

Websites That Convert

A fast modern site wired directly into booking and payments, not a brochure that sits there.

Point of Sale

Take payment in person, on the job or online, all landing in the same system as everything else.

Customer Portals

Let people book, pay and check their own history instead of tying up your front desk.

AI Agents

Software that answers, follows up, schedules and quotes on its own, around the clock.

The Problem

Every major ticketing platform stacks service fees, processing fees and delivery fees on top of the price. That pushes a ten dollar ticket toward thirteen, it costs conversions at the exact moment somebody has their card out, and the customer blames the venue rather than the platform.

The Fee Line

On every other platform this is where the margin quietly disappears. On this one it reads No fees. Ten dollars on the page, ten dollars at checkout, and the venue keeps the cut a platform would have taken.

What We Built

A complete ticketing platform the venue owns. Full event page with lineup, venue detail and policies. Three step checkout. Payment through Square. A QR code ticket emailed the second the purchase completes, so guests show their phone at the gate and walk in.

Why It Matters

The venue owns its customer list rather than handing it to a third party. No surprise at checkout, which protects conversion and the relationship. And no platform takes a cut of any ticket, at this event or any event after it.

Booking, Point of Sale
and CRM in One System

Tee SheetPoint of Sale CRMMembersDynamic Pricing InvoicesAnalyticsOnline Booking

The Problem

Bookings, payments and customer records lived in separate systems that were never designed to speak to each other. Staff retyped information between platforms, the picture of any given customer was split across tools, and the combined monthly cost kept climbing.

Why It Matters

One system means a lower monthly cost, no retyping, and a complete view of every customer. Features get built because the operation asked for them, not because enough strangers voted for them on somebody else's roadmap.

What We Are Building

A single platform running bookings, point of sale, member records and reporting. Staff see live counts for bookings, customers, estimated revenue and check ins, and track every booking through checked in and paid, here and owes payment, booked, or no show.

The Customer Side

A five step booking flow with slots every twelve minutes, up to four people a slot, and no card needed to hold a spot. Pricing shifts automatically by day type, shown right on the calendar so nobody has to call and ask.

Software That Does The Work.
Not Software That Waits
For Someone To Click.

This is the part a normal development shop does not build. Ordinary business software sits there until a human tells it to do something. We build autonomous AI agents into your system so the routine work happens on its own, overnight and at weekends, whether anyone remembered it or not.

What You Own When We Are Done

The code

Yours outright the day it ships. Not licensed, not rented, not sitting on our servers.

The data

Every customer, booking and payment record stays in your system and exports whenever you ask.

No per seat pricing

Hire ten more people next year without your software cost moving at all.

No lock in

If you stop working with us tomorrow, everything keeps running exactly as it does today.

No single AI vendor

We are not tied to one model provider, which means neither are you if the market shifts.

// How We Work

You Always Know What
Is Being Built And Why.

01

We Find The Leak

We look at where enquiries come from, what happens to the ones you do not convert, what your current tools cost and what your team is doing by hand. You get that picture whether or not you hire us.

02

We Scope It In Writing

What we will build, what it replaces, which agents run inside it, what it costs and what it should recover. Fixed and specific so nothing quietly grows halfway through.

03

We Build In Stages

You are using working software within weeks rather than waiting months for one big reveal. You tell us what is wrong while it is still cheap to change.

04

We Launch And Train

We migrate your data, train your team and stay close through the first weeks of real use. Your staff have to trust it or none of the rest matters.

05

We Keep It Moving

Your business changes and the software should change with it. Ongoing support and new features on a fixed arrangement, not a subscription that climbs every January.

// Straight Answers

Questions People Ask
Before They Get In Touch.

Check three things. How many calls went to voicemail last week and how many of those ever called back. How long your average reply to a web enquiry takes. And whether somebody can book you at ten at night without speaking to a person. Those three answers usually tell the whole story, and none of them show up in any report you already look at.

Yes, and that is genuinely new. AI collapsed the cost of building software. Work that took a team of engineers several months now takes a small team weeks. Building got much cheaper while renting stayed the same, which is the whole reason this is worth revisiting if you looked at it a few years ago and walked away.

Yes, and for a lot of businesses that is the right place to start. If the site is dated, slow or unusable on a phone, everything downstream leaks. We rebuild it and wire it directly into booking, payments and customer records so it stops being a brochure and starts being the front door.

No, and we would usually advise against it. Most clients start with the single piece that is costing them the most, which is often booking or the website. If your accounting package works and your team likes it, we build around it and connect to it rather than replacing something that is already doing its job.

Yes. You own the software and the data inside it. No per seat pricing, no cut of your transactions, and no vendor who can raise your rate or switch off your access. If you ever stop working with us, it keeps running exactly as it did.

It depends on scope, and anyone quoting you before understanding your operation is guessing. What we will do on a first call is size it honestly against what the leak is costing you, so you can see whether the numbers work before committing to anything. That call is free.

Faster than most people expect, because nothing arrives in one delivery. A focused piece, such as online booking or a website rebuild, goes live in days to a couple of weeks. A full system covering booking, payments, customer records and reporting arrives stage by stage, and every stage works the day it lands. You are running on real software early rather than waiting on a finish date.

We are small by design and you work directly with the people building your system. No account manager sitting between you and the build, and nothing handed to a third party you have never spoken to.

5:38

// The Story Behind The Name

We were deep in research when a major AI update landed at exactly 5:38 PM and made hours of our work obsolete. No frustration. Just clarity: in the age of Agentic AI, standing still means falling behind. That moment became the name and the mission. We build software that keeps up with the businesses using it.
